									Command Combat & Readiness Officer
					- Conduct combat readiness assessment of ships/units through work-up, Basic Operational Sea Training (BOST), Safety Operational Sea Training (SOST) and Consolidated Operational Sea Training (COST).
- Coordinate programmes for the Command.
- Assess capability and capacity for the units to perform assigned task/vision.
- Establish readiness status of units.
Command Manuals & Publications Officer
					- Manage production programme for NN publications.
- Produce all Training Manuals and BRs.
- Manage archive of old editions of NN manuals and publications.
- Allocate control numbers to all NN forms and publications,
- Be responsible for publication of new manuals and books into the NN.
- Ensure preservation of the copy right law for the NN.
Command Administration Officer
					- Serve as the CO of the Command.
- Advise the FOC on all administrative matters.
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, meetings, inspections, visits and tours.
- Assist the CSO in administration, welfare, discipline and promotion of civilians in the Command.
