On the 28 Jul 26, the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Headquarters Naval Doctrine Command (HQ NAVDOC) officially Inaugurated the Command Appointment and Promotion Examination (CAPEX) Board as part of the schedule of event for the year.

On the Inauguration, the FOC charged the Board to discharge their responsibility effectively with strict adherence to extant regulations. The Inauguration marked the Commencement of the Board’s activities towards ensuring a successful conduct of CAPEX 2026 in support of the Command’s operational administrative objective.
