The Flag Officer Commanding Naval Doctrine Command Rear Admiral SU Gombe represented the Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral EI Ogalla (Admiralty Medal) at the commissioning ceremony of the newly constructed staff duty cabins and renovation of Orile Agege Health Care Center.

Representing the Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel IkechukwuOgalla, the Flag Officer Commanding Naval Doctrine Command explained that the Special Quick Impact Project was launched        in 2024 to strengthen civil-military cooperation and support the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope.

Some of the projects include newly constructed/furnished Duty-staff cabins, renovation of the Maternity Ward including installation of a 6.5Kva solar powered inverter system. Others are renovation of the Immunization, Family Planning. TB Ward and Outpatient departments.
